Life coaching is about moving forward and living the best life we can. As traditional therapy has been known to be most effective in examining the past to learn about our present, Life Coaching asks, “What Now?”
It is a form of Trauma Healing that restores to health a traumatized body, brain and psyche. The work I do supports the idea that trauma is not a disorder, but an injury caused by fright, helplessness and loss.
Academic Life Coaching helps your student design an individualized action plan to get them motivated, organized, handling stress effectively and developing positive study skills as well as life skills.
